Dietitians Australia want to support new and emerging researchers, including clinicians, to present at conference.
We can put you in touch with an experienced abstract author to help shape your proposal. Connect with an abstract mentor to provide a second opinion, upskill your writing skills and make your abstract the very best it can be.

Call For Submissions 2022
Submissions are encouraged to explore Dietitians Australia’s 2022 Conference theme “Be Bold” and incorporate the key academic themes: Nurture, Extend, Emerge.
In 2021 we introduced our new format for the three day program. There will be 2 main conference days offering symposium, seminar, oral and poster presentations. There will also be a ‘Sunday Skills Session’ (pre-conference day) with 2 streams – one for emerging dietitians as ‘Nurture Your Career’ and one an advanced education option as ‘Extend Your Practice’. You can propose a workshop or pitch your project presentation on this day.
In keeping with our focus on sustainability, poster presentations will be 100% electronic this year, with the top few also delivered as rapid fire presentations.
Overview of submission categories:
Submissions are invited for the main conference concurrent sessions (Monday, Tuesday) and the pre-conference program (Sunday Skills Session).
